Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Constantine as Assistant Deputy Minister – Taxation and Fiscal Policy in the Department of Finance, effective June 2, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures.
