Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Wayne Fowler as Acting full-time Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Relations Agency, effective June 6, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures.
