Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint David Norman as Assistant Deputy Minister – Labour Relations in the Public Service Secretariat, effective December 19, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, and with Mr. Norman not to receive less than his current salary.
