Under the authority of section 126 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and further to the direction provided in OC2005-593, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Louis Puddister to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Committee as an Employer Representative.
