Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being at or near the west side of the Main Highway, Pouch Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, as described in the draft conveyance, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Noelle Kelly and Michael Kelly subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said Noelle Kelly and Michael Kelly.
