Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being at or near the southwestern limit of Fowlers Road, Chamberlains, in the Electoral District of Topsail, Newfoundland and Labrador, as described in the draft conveyances, copies of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to George McIssac Jr. and John Molloy subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said George McIssac Jr. and John Molloy for consideration as established by independent appraisal.
