Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Environment and Conservation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,035 square feet of storage space for the Department of Environment and Conservation, Inland Fish and Wildlife Division in the Noton Building, Corner Brook, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to November 30, 2006 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $10.00 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing departmental budgetary allocations.
