Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board and Gentara Company Limited, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,700 square feet of space for the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board in the Waterford Valley Mall, St. John’s, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to December 31, 2006 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $16.25 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing budgetary allocations.
