Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in  Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being at or near 336 Logy Bay Road, St. John’s, in the Electoral District of St. John’s East, Newfoundland and Labrador, as described in the draft conveyance, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Consumers Community Co-operative subject to the provision of an Indemnification by Consumers Community Co-operative.
