Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being to the north of Sunnyslope Drive, in the City of Corner Brook,  Newfoundland and Labrador, as described in the draft conveyance, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Applicant, Siga Holdings Limited, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the Applicant, Siga Holdings Limited.
