Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 252 square meters of Crown land situated at Holyrood Pond in the Electoral District of Placentia – St. Mary’s to the Holyrood Pond Development Inc. subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
