Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 390 square meters of Crown land situated at Grand Le Pierre in the Electoral District of Bellevue to Everett Robert James subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
