Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to second Denis Abbott to the Labrador Hydro Project, effective August 15, 2005, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
