Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the administration of the Red Tape Reduction Initiative to the Department of Business, with $300,000 of funding voted within Subdivision 1.2.03 Policy and Strategic Planning, General Administration of the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to be transferred accordingly.
