Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 3(3) of the Public Inquiries Act, 2006, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the “Commission of Inquiry Respecting the Muskrat Falls Project Order (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to extend the date from the termination of the Commission of Inquiry and delivery of the Commissioner’s Report from December 31, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
