Under the authority of section 3(p) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to issue a new Notice of Expropriation to correct an expropriation of vacant land from Roland Pittman in Norris Point in 1974 as identified in the survey plan and description attached in Annex “B” of the Minister’s submission.
