Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, and subsequent to the Minister of Transportation and Works acquiring clear title to the land in Norris Point previously expropriated from Roland Pittman and identified in the survey plan and description attached in Annex “B” to the Minister’s submission, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer administration and control of the land to the Minister of Environment and Conservation forever and the land is to be considered to be Crown land available for development as per the established procedures and policies adopted by the Crown Lands Division.
