Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,200 square feet of office space in the Beothuck Building, St. John’s, from Beothuck Investments Inc. for the Department of Justice, Human Rights Commission under the existing terms and conditions and at the increased rental rate of $17.50 per square foot - $38,500.00 per annum to October 31, 2006, with the rate increase being sourced within existing budgetary allocations.
