Under the authority of section 10 of the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following

persons to the School Board Committee, for a two-year term, effective immediately:

School Board Representative Nominees

a) Peter Smith, Director of Education, Conseil Scolaire francophone provincial de

Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador;

b) Ed Walsh, Associate Director of Education, Newfoundland and Labrador English

School District (reappointment);

c) Andrew Hickey, Assistant Director of Education, Newfoundland and Labrador

English School District;

d) Leanne Wells, Director of Human Resources (Western Region), Newfoundland

and Labrador English School District;

President of Treasury Board Nominees

e) Amy Collins, as Chief Negotiator, Director of Collective Bargaining, Treasury

Board Secretariat;

f) Ashley Blackmore, Staff Relations Specialist, Treasury Board Secretariat; and

g) Tracy Stamp, Departmental Controller, Department of Education (reappointment).
