Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy Crown land not exceeding 100 square metres situated on the North Shore of Deer Lake in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands to Humber Valley Resort Corporation, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
