Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy Lands Crown land not exceeding 190 square metres situated at Samm’s Brook in the Electoral District of Humber Valley to Lakeside Investments subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
