Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and Attorney General and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the Federal-Provincial Agreement Respecting the Aboriginal Courtwork Program, to remain in effect until March 31, 2008, along the lines of the agreement attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
