Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture and Public Works and Government Services Canada, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,092 square feet of office space for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, in the Federal Building, Grand Bank, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to September 30, 2006 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $12.54 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing departmental budgetary allocations.
