Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the

Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tracy King as Deputy

Minister of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation and Deputy Minister of Labrador

Affairs, Office of the Executive Council, effective September 20, 2022, at her current

salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
