Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint William MacKenzie as Acting Deputy Minister in the Department of  Innovation, Trade and Rural Development effective from a current date, and until such time that a permanent Deputy Minister is appointed, with salary to be in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
