Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gary Cake as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet - Economic Policy (Acting), effective May 10, 2004 until the permanent incumbent is appointed, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
