Under the authority of section 6 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Christopher Pike as a full-time commissioner, effective January 13, 2020, for a ten-year term, with salary at Step 21 on the 1262 Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with the outcome of any reclassification for the position of commissioner to place him, retroactive to his date of appointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein.
