Under the authority of section 5.1 of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs the Public Utilities Board that costs incurred by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro in connection with the arrangement between Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro and Abitibi Consolidated Company of Canada (Stephenville Division) for Interruptible “B” Power for four winter months of 2003-2004 shall not be recovered in regulated rates.
