Under the authority of section 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Newfoundland and Labrador Child Benefit Regulations, 2004", a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will increase certain parameters of the Newfoundland and Labrador Child Benefit for the 2004 benefit year.
