Under the authority of section 3(2) of the Petroleum Products Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Noseworthy as Commissioner of Petroleum Products Pricing, effective May 25, 2004 and with roles and responsibilities as outlined in the Petroleum Products Act until such time as legislative changes are made to transfer responsibility for the Petroleum Products Act to the Public Utilities Board.
