Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 111 of the Environmental Protection Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council will make Regulations entitled “Storage and Handling of Gasoline and Associated Products Regulations, 2003 (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will require owners to register their petroleum storage tank systems with the Department and will discontinue the current practice of issuing Ministerial certificates of approval for petroleum fuel tank systems.
