Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $9,896,700 (including estimated CPI of $222,400) against its 2005-06 budgetary appropriations, $7,865,500 (including estimated CPI of $229,100 ) against its 2006-07 budgetary appropriations, and $8,101,500 (including estimated CPI of $236,000) against its 2007-08 budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the continued operation of the Labrador Coastal Marine Service.
