Under the authority of sections 5(2), 6(1) and 6(5) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint William Wells as a member and President of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective January 1, 2004 for a one year term.
