Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brian Condon as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister (Industrial Benefits) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective from May 17, 2004, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
