Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Pierre Tobin as Assistant Deputy Minister (Agriculture) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective from May 17, 2004, at his current salary pending the results of a classification review, with salary to be set in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with an assurance of a minimum salary at his current Step and Point Scale at the time of the classification review.
