Orders in Council Database

The direction of the Premier respecting Queen’s Counsel appointments was received.

Approval was given for the issuance of an Order in Council, pursuant to section 3 of the Queen's Counsel Act, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice after consultation with the Legal Appointments Board, to appoint, by letters patent under the Great Seal, the following members of the Bar of the Province to be provincial officers under the style of "Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law":
