Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby exempts the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation from section 38 of the Public Utilities Act, which requires Public Utilities Board approval in order to discontinue service, for Big Brook.
