Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Departments of Works, Services and Transportation, Health and Community Services and Forest Resources and Agrifoods to pre-commit funds totalling $4,029,000 against their budgetary appropriations over the two-year period commencing with the signing of the helicopter services contract in February 2004.
