Under the authority of section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act and section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the administration and control of 247.6 square metres of land in Red Head Cove, in the Electoral District of Trinity - Bay de Verde, to Her Majesty in Right of Canada, as represented by the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, for the use of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, subject to the usual terms and conditions for such transfers.
