Under the authority of section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act and section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the Baited Trawl Holding Facility at La Poile to the La Poile Fishermen’s Committee Incorporated for the nominal sum of $1.00, with the terms of the conveyance to be subject to such further terms and conditions as either the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture or the Department of Justice may require.
