Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue a licence to occupy an area of Crown land not exceeding 145 square meters, situated at Black Duck Pond, in the Electoral District of St. George’s-Stephenville East, to the Boy Scouts of Canada, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
