Under the authority of section 51 of the Memorial University Act, and on report of the Senate, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the appointment by the Board of Regents of the University, of Dr. Vianne Timmons, O.C. as President of Memorial University, on such terms as the Board may determine, for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2020.
