Under the authority of section 12 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, to enter into a Timber Exchange Agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited, to:

1) allow the Crown to harvest and manage timber on Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited licensed lands in forest management districts 5, 6, 15 and 16; and
2) allow Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited to harvest and manage timber on Crown lands in forest management district 10;
substantially along the lines of the draft Timber Exchange Agreement, including maps, on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
