Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tracy King as Deputy Minister of the Department of Fisheries and Land Resources, effective immediately, with salary at Step 25 on the 2448 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to the date of her appointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary to which she has been appointed herein.
