Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $319,945 against its budgetary appropriations for 2015/16 to facilitate the award of a contract to CAN-AM Construction Limited for rehabilitation of various overpass/underpass structures in St. John’s and Mount Pearl.
