Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the

Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Karen Stone, K.C.

as Deputy Minister of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, effective September

20, 2022, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan,

with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to

apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society

of Newfoundland and Labrador. (Revoked by OC2024-080)
