Lands Act
Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to issue a grant of Crown land not exceeding 0.09 hectares, situated at St. Anthony in the Electoral District of The Straits and White Bay North, to the St. Anthony Harbour Authority, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
