Under the authority of the Executive Council Act, subsection 4(5) of the Government Purchasing Agency Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Patricia Hearn as the Chief Operating Officer of the Government Purchasing Agency, on an acting basis, effective 1 August 2014, with salary at Step 1 on the 1856 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
