Under the authority of section 262(1) of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint a staff member of the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs as the receiver to effect the disincorporation of the Town of Plate Cove East and the Town of Plate Cove West.
