Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Leigh Puddester as the Deputy Minister of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, on an acting basis, effective 1 August 2014, in addition to his responsibilities as Deputy Minister of Procurement, with no change in salary as a result of this additional assignment.
